1. Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on this website with Droguerie Mélina Perusset Sàrl, Rue du Lac 10, 1400 Yverdon-les-Bains, UID CHE-418.222.513 ("the shop"). Purchases made directly in the store are not covered. The version in force at the time of the order applies.

2. Customer account and order

To order, you need a customer account with a confirmed e-mail address. You guarantee that the data you provide is accurate. By confirming the last checkout step and ticking the box accepting these GTC, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when the order confirmation e-mail is sent.

The shop may refuse or cancel an order, in particular if a product is unavailable, in case of an obvious price error, an unusual quantity or for safety reasons related to the use of a product. Any amount already paid is then refunded.

3. Health products

Some products are subject to therapeutic products legislation. Their supply may be limited in quantity, subject to personal advice or restricted to in-store pickup. Information on the website does not replace professional advice or the package leaflet.

4. Prices

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), Swiss VAT included. Amounts shown in another currency are indicative; the invoicing currency is stated on the invoice. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed. The price displayed at the time of the order applies.

5. Payment

Payment is made on invoice with a Swiss QR-bill, by bank transfer or e-banking, within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated on the invoice. In case of late payment, the shop may send reminders and charge reminder fees. Gift cards are paid according to the conditions stated when purchased.

6. In-store pickup and delivery

In-store pickup: free, on the day and time slot chosen at checkout, on presentation of the confirmation QR code.
Shipping: by Swiss Post or another carrier, to the address given. Shipping costs are 12.00 CHF; shipping is free from 69.00 CHF of deliverable products.

Delivery times are indicative. Available delivery countries are those offered at checkout. Risk passes to the buyer when the parcel is handed over to the carrier, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Right of return

You may return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, by informing us in writing at droguerie@droguerie-perusset.shop. The product must be returned unopened, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return costs are borne by you. We refund the price of the products, and the original shipping costs for a full return, within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method or by bank transfer.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are excluded from the right of return:

medicines and other therapeutic products;
products unsealed after delivery (cosmetics, care products, supplements, etc.);
food and perishable products;
custom-made preparations and blends;
gift cards and training courses, which follow their own conditions.

8. Warranty and complaints

Check the goods on receipt and report any defect or missing item without delay. Statutory warranty rights apply (art. 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations). If a defect is confirmed, the shop replaces the product or refunds its price.

9. Training courses

Registration, payment and cancellation conditions specific to each course are stated on its page. Otherwise, these GTC apply by analogy.

10. Liability

The shop's liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. It is not liable for use of the products contrary to the leaflet or to the advice given.

11. Data protection

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC and contracts concluded on the website are governed by Swiss law, excluding the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Yverdon-les-Bains. Mandatory jurisdictions in favour of consumers are reserved, as are the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence.

The French version of these GTC is authoritative.
